Current Positions

Weed Man Aeration Technician

We are currently looking for energetic, customer service oriented, career minded individuals to be an Aeration Technician on our successful team.  As a lawn care professional, you will be responsible to cultivate lawns on your route using a power aerator while ensuring amazing customer service. 

This job requires a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Weed Man is a drug-free environment.

Weed Man is looking for highly motivated and passionate individuals who meet the following requirements:

  • Ability to cultivate lawns using power aerator
  • Valid Drivers License with acceptable driving record
  • Professional Appearance
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Advanced problem solving skills and proven time management
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to work in a results-oriented environment
  • Availability to work full-time through the fall season (November)
  • Energetic and Positive
  • Ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds
  • Able and willing to work in various weather conditions
  • Previous industry experience is an asset but is not required.
